Dr. Mary Scott, Family Medicine Physician, trained at Natividad Medical Center and Salinas Valley Hospital. She serves AG Health as Supervising and Collaborating Physician, supporting our team in delivering personalized, comprehensive care.
Vanessa Hawrylak
Client Representative
Vanessa is a CLS by training with extensive experience in healthcare compliance and project management. At AG Health, she serves as our Client Representative, partnering with employer groups to deliver a smooth, high-touch experience from first contact to follow-up. She coordinates onboarding and scheduling, and keeps communication clear and timely. Drawing on her compliance background, Vanessa acts as a diligent liaison to ensure HIPAA and contractual standards are met, tracks timelines and deliverables for wellness and occupational-health projects, and gathers feedback to continually elevate the quality of our services.

Carla Vargas, our Office Manager and experienced Medical Assistant, brings nine years of compassionate care and a deep connection to the Salinas and South Monterey County communities, where she is dedicated to making a meaningful difference.
Rafaella Debernardi, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Physician Assistant, brings 9 years of primary care experience and 17 years in the medical field, with a background as a Clinical Lab Scientist. She is dedicated to serving underserved and agricultural communities, supported by her PA degree from Miami Dade College and a Master’s in Health Sciences from Rutgers University. She is also known for a patient-centered approach and innovative treatment plans.
